  • Additional Support: On-demand/Unlimited private messaging with Dr. Esosa. Get replies within 24 hrs Monday through Friday

  • Meditation Add-on: A 30 minute 1-on-1 guided personalized meditation based on your physical and mental needs. To be used as an add-on pre or post a 30 minute session.

  • Brain mapping session: A separate 45 minute digital life organization session to declutter and organize your mind/to-dos . See package guide for details.

  • This intimate group session has been occurring for over 4 years and each session has a dedicated topic that's facilitated by Dr. Esosa. Healing circle is an opportunity to share, learn and grow in a safe and supportive environment. You may come as a stranger but you will leave feeling a sense of belonging. Bonus?  You will leave with effective actionable tools.

  • What do you specialize in?
    I specialize in: - Sleep Restoration - Work-life balance - Setting personal and professional boundaries - Creating a lasting fitness and nutritious lifestyle - Mental organization and more.
  • What can I use the communication for?
    This is for Thrive Lite and Thrive Premium Only. Communication check-ins can be used for questions, updates, accountability, motivation and in other creative ways. It’s a great way to keep up the momentum. Messages will be sent via a private HIPAA-compliant platform.
  • Does working with you mean that you are now my medical doctor?
    No. Working with Dr. Esosa only establishes a client-coach relationship not a doctor-patient relationship. Please continue to see your medical team for all medical needs.
  • How much time do I have to use the packages?
    All packages must be used (initiated and completed) within 6 months of purchase date. After which all unused sessions will be forfeited. Packages or unused sessions cannot be transferred to other persons.
  • What is the Brain Mapping Session?
    Only included in the Thrive Premium package. This is a unique feature. If you feel like your to-do list is endless and overwhelming then it’s time to get you organized in order to make your life easier. We’ll write out all your stressors/to-dos/anything weighing on your mind and place them into clear digital buckets in order to give you a bird’s-eye view of your current state/needs/goals/mindset and get you on your way to living a peaceful and balanced life. Must be used before the final session.
